Rotaract is a program of Rotary International. It is a service oriented club enabling young people to network and get more involved in their respective communities.
Back to TopRotaract does a variety of things. For service, we participate in many community activities. For example, a few members work with children who have difficulty reading. We've also participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters "Bowl for Kids Sake." Our annual golf scramble is a way for us to raise money for charity. For social activities, we do different things such as dinner, bowling, go to an Evansville Otters baseball game, etc. Whatever comes to mind.
Back to TopEvansville Rotaract members range between the ages of 18 and 30ish years of age. Beyond the age of 30ish, members join Rotary through our transition program.
Back to TopAs a Rotaract member, we ask that you serve on at least one committee and attend monthly meetings.
Back to TopYearly dues are $170. This includes membership and lunch costs. Members are still responsible for extra activities we participate in.
