Rotaract committees are the heart of the organization. Committee members usually meet outside of regular club meetings to plan and implement projects and ideas to make Rotaract grow and contribute to the community.

There are five committees in the Rotaract of Evansville club: Membership/Recruitment, Marketing/PR, Social, Service and Fundraising. All members are asked to serve on one committee.

Marketing/PR:
The Marketing/PR Committee will work closely with all other committees to provide public relations and communication support. The Marketing/PR committee is responsible for presenting the Rotaract of Evansville image to the community through our newsletter, web site and media relations.

Programming:

  The Program Committee is responsible for scheduling, communicating, and organizing the speakers and/or programs for the monthly luncheon meetings.

Service:
One of the priorities of Rotaract is to provide community service both in local communities and internationally. The Service Committee is responsible for planning and implementing those community service programs.

Fundraising:
Many fundraisers are held throughout the year that not only benefit the organization, but also charities chosen by Rotaract members. Check back regularly to learn about upcoming events.

Social:
The Social Committee is reponsible for planning at least one social activity per month for Rotaract members and their guests.

Membership/Recruitment:
The goal of the Membership/Recruitment Committee is not only to increase membership but also create programs and methods to strengthen existing membership.
